According to Daily Mail, this rare catalogue named 'Per Ardua Libertas' which means Liberty Through Adversity, was designed in 1942 for officers of the American Intelligence unit.

I wonder if those boots have built-in thrusters to allow these soldiers to run faster or give them the ability to fly?
